San Romao da Retorta - Melide 

In Guntín, the medieval path of pilgrimages follows the Roman road of the Vía XIX of the Antonine Caracalla Itinerary, using as a meeting point the Roman milestone on the Campo del Busto in San Romao de Retorta, that also has a magnificent Romanesque temple.

From this point, the itinerary runs through old and often busy paths that link many small rural hamlets of the municipality of Palas de Rei, such as Seixalbos, Xende, Ferreira, Augas Santas or Merlán. The Way enters the province of A Coruña through the municipality of Toques, going through the localities of Vilouriz and Vilamor, heading to the historic and Xacobean village of Melide.
